Refund Policy

All Aidenmed.com products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified for certain products.

Refunds for Devices
Our Sereni device comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Serums
For serums, we offer a 60-day refund window. Refunds will only be accepted if the serum is unopened and in its original packaging.

For future products introduced to our webshop, the standard refund period will be 30 days unless otherwise specified.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must complete the online form so that we can process the return and refund correctly. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Terms & Conditions
You can return the product without any reason up to 30 days after the date of delivery. For our device, we provide an extended right to return the product up to 180 days after purchase. To have this right, you must accept the conditions contained in this Refund Policy.

Key Points to Be Aware of:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • It must be postmarked no later than 30 or 90 days after the date of purchase (depending on the product). The 90-day return window is available only for device purchases.
  • A copy of the purchase receipt must be included.
  • The returns form must be completed and included.
  • The shipment cost to return the product is your responsibility. Aidenmed will not cover this fee.
  • No refunds will be made for any product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, or lost in the post.

Additional Conditions for the Extended 90-Day Right of Withdrawal:

  • The 180-day refund applies only to the device. Other products, including serums, follow their respective refund policies (60 days for unopened serums).
  • By purchasing, the consumer accepts that the purchased device is a personal care device, which cannot be resold due to hygiene regulations. Used devices returned will be destroyed.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Limited Warranty
All Aidenmed devices come with a 1-year limited factory warranty. If your device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department. If the device is still within the 1-year warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact our customer service at aidenmed@gmail.com.

Prior to sending your device back for repair, please contact us with the device, power cord, and original packaging available for troubleshooting. The shipment cost to return the device is your responsibility.
